A Right To Live, A Right To Die
Who can say we live or die, who makes the choice.
How come as I lie here no one hears my voice.
I struggle to make them see, that I am ready now,
To leave this life behind me, take my final bow.
But those who have never met me, known me, or cared,
Feel it is their right to decide that I should be spared.
All my strength has left me, broken and alone,
The only thing that escapes me, is a soft and painful moan.
Please let me slip, quietly in peace,
For I am ready now, for all my pain to cease.
